DAY OF TIMELINE

Check-in at host bar: 10 a.m. - 10:55 a.m. (receive your golf balls, t-shirts, and scorecard)
Other participating bars open: 10:45 a.m.
Start at the first bar your team is assigned: 11 a.m. (each bar will have a put putt course and a putter)
Go from bar to bar putt putting while enjoying drink specials, adoptable animals, and vendor tables.
Turn in scorecards at host bar: 4 p.m (you can hand them in at your last bar or bring them to the host bar)
Winner announcements: 4:30 p.m (we will announce the putt putt winner and any other drawings)

HIGH-LEVEL DETAILS

Teams of four sign up together. Ticketing covers participation in all the stops, access to the putt-putt holes, drink specials, a T-shirt, and a golf ball. If you have a team that is less than 4 people, you will need to have someone who putts twice or choose a ‘celebrity’ shot person at each bar to take your additional putt.
We love a theme. In 2027, we will award the most creative team costumes or shirts. So plan ahead and get creative.
Beneficiary rescues will be on-site. You’ll meet adoptable pets, learn about rescue missions, and support local welfare efforts, so there’s a heart behind the fun.
Scorecards are used, and every score counts. There’s a max number of shots per hole of 4 (so you don’t get stuck), and sometimes an opportunity to take strokes off your score or buy a hole-in-one.
At 4 PM, the bar crawl portion of the event ends, scores are tallied, prizes are announced, and the after-party begins!
