Floki’s Fund

Floki’s Foster Fund was created in honor of Floki, a dog who spent two years in foster care before finally finding his forever home. After a difficult past, Floki showed his family just how challenging it can be to take on a dog that others might overlook. Now, he’s paying it forward.

Floki’s Fund is a program of Indianapolis Professionals Advocating for Animal Welfare (IPAAW), co-founded by President Elaine Thiel. The fund supports stray and at-risk animals in Indianapolis by helping reroute them from the streets or potential homelessness into reputable rescues.

Through Floki’s Fund, we’re able to provide:
Vaccine Clinics – offering accessible, state-mandated vaccines so pets get the protection they need.
Fix & Heal – our follow-up care initiative that helps provide medical support for sick dogs who come through our vaccine clinics.
Spay/Neuter Surgeries – covering alteration surgery and core vaccines so vulnerable animals can safely move toward loving, permanent homes.

IPAAW partners with rescuers and low-cost clinics to coordinate services and ensure each animal gets a real chance at a healthy, stable future.

Every dollar raised for Floki’s Fund goes directly toward ending the cycle of accidental litters, supporting follow-up care through Fix & Heal, and providing essential services for unwanted animals in Indianapolis.

Join us in honoring Floki’s legacy and changing the lives of animals who need it most.
